PLM's CV, CVS, and BCV Series Conduit Ventilators/Cable Supports help reduce termperatures in conduit risers thus improving service life and load carrying capacity of the cable inside.  CV and CVS items include a neoprene gasket that serves a dual function of maintaining a watertight seal while enhancing cable support.  CV's should be used for new installations while CVS's are designed to fit on existing conduit systems.  BCV's are designed so the conduit threads into both sides of the ventilator while allowing air to enter through the bottom side.
